Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The paid amount may be transferred for the next date of appointment, if the consultant fails to attend the scheduled call anytime.
2. Duplicate Transaction Clause – If a patient/party pays twice for one payment then the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 bank working days via the same source.
3. Convenience Fee & Taxes charged would not be refunded/reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
