The Allied health / paramedical professionals exclude doctors, nurses and dentists. They play a critical role and are the support pillars of the healthcare team, as numerous professionals are trained to handle specific health problems and provide services in their area of expertise through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Paramedical professionals are estimated to comprise at least 40% of the healthcare workforce.
Two Years + 6 months Practical Training
Higher Secondary Exam (any recognised board) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB)
Entrance Examination followed by Joint Counseling conducted by SMFWB
Priority in placement at Charnock Hospital after successful completion
INR 60,000 per course (SMFWB Registration & Examination Fees extra)
